The opportunities for growth here are really strong, and career advancement is actively encouraged. That said, the work-life balance could be improved to help avoid burnout, and the compensation system could be better.
LATOKEN is a great place to work — I gained solid professional experience during my time there. It would be really nice if the company invested more in employees' individual growth, for instance by covering the cost of advanced training courses.
You can work remotely, the pay and bonuses are good, and the team members are great. It would help to bring in more advanced automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and cut down on manual work, and to improve the documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes and troubleshooting so things stay consistent and knowledge transfers more easily across the team.
My years at LATOKEN have been interesting and rewarding — I've been able to work with confidence and keep improving. The team has been excellent and always made me feel welcome. It would be worth revisiting the compensation packages to boost the team's productivity, and the feedback mechanism could be improved as well.
On the plus side, the most critical tasks are prioritised, payments come in on time, the business outlook looks promising and the working hours are flexible. On the downside, upper management is weak, there are too many unresolved cases, and bonuses have been cut.

The good points: critical tasks are prioritised to be completed each month, there's a strong customer-first mindset, and you can work remotely. The downsides: user issues often aren't resolved on time, payments can be late, and the work-life balance is poor.
